Bio
Jermaine Emanuel enters his first season as Head Coach of the Passaic County Community College (PCCC) Lady Panthers in 2025–2026, guiding the program to an impressive 20–5 overall record. Under his leadership, the Lady Panthers captured the Conference Championship, finished as Region Championship Runner-Up, and earned a Top 15 national ranking in the NJCAA.
Emanuel’s impact was immediate, driven by his high-energy approach, strong emphasis on player development, and team-first culture. His leadership helped establish a competitive and disciplined environment while fostering the growth of student-athletes on and off the court.
A former student-athlete, Emanuel holds a degree in Africana Studies and brings experience as both a player and coach. In addition to his collegiate coaching role, he has been actively involved in skill development training, strength and conditioning, and AAU basketball, further demonstrating his commitment to athlete development.
