Director of Student Engagement for Athletics & Recreation

Bio

Tiago DosSantos serves as the Director of Student Engagement for Athletics & Recreation at Passaic County Community College, bringing over 14 years of experience in collegiate athletics and student engagement. In his role, he provides strategic leadership for intercollegiate athletics and recreation, overseeing program development, compliance, budgeting, and student-athlete support.

Prior to joining PCCC, DosSantos served as Assistant Athletic Director at Essex County College, where he led academic monitoring and support initiatives to enhance student-athlete success, retention, and transfer outcomes. He also brings extensive coaching experience, having led collegiate men’s soccer programs and contributed to student-athlete recruitment and development at both the NJCAA and NCAA levels, including schools such as; Essex County College, St.Elizabeth University, Caldwell University and Bloomfield College. 

DosSantos holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Berkeley College. He remains committed to fostering a holistic student-athlete experience that emphasizes academic achievement, athletic excellence, and personal growth.
